Hopefully this will get fixed soon, I missed a lot of things due to having the same problem for a while now. The customer service isn’t helping at all, I’ve reported an issue about this problem, as well as the login issues yet nothing happened. I’ve tried a lot of things to make the app work, but none had worked so far. I love the game, but this is really affecting my gameplay. Again, I hope this will get fixed soon.
Love the game! But sometimes whenever I login with my Facebook account the level of my account and character is not the same level as I used to play with, like my account in LADS is like level 60+ already. Why is it like that???

For some reason the game can't connect to our wifi. I've uninstalled and installed the game but the result is still the same. Our wifi is perfectly fine and always paid on time 🤧😢 I hope the Infold Games will resolve this issue. I've been playing this game for a year now with the same wifi but now, I don't what happened 🙁😞

the art and the details of this game is honestly amazing for me (probs bc this is my first otome game) but i think in terms of like the storyline and the cards, events, it feels a bit lacking? and there’s so much to buy but it’s difficult to farm for diamonds, etc. which makes it difficult to afford playing the game esp with the limited ways to farm for currencies.
I had similar problems with their other games. It fails to connect to the network if you’re not using mobile data. The game is already expensive and now it’s even more expensive just because of mobile data.
It keeps saying that my connection failed even though my wifi is completely fine. I have already emailed them about this issue because I cannot log in my game without this error popping up, I have tried the solutions they’ve sent me but nothing has worked. I emailed them again and no reply for 2 days so far. I have tried connecting to another wifi, even reinstalling it but nothing has worked. I tried VPN and it actually opened my game without that connection error but since I needed to update it, it gave me a whole new error saying it is unable to update.
this is getting VERY annoying now. When i log in to the game it keeps saying “failed to connect to the internet” but my internet literally works fine? idk about this issue. BUT PLEASE FIX IT.
