Hopefully this will get fixed soon, I missed a lot of things due to having the same problem for a while now. The customer service isn’t helping at all, I’ve reported an issue about this problem, as well as the login issues yet nothing happened. I’ve tried a lot of things to make the app work, but none had worked so far.

I love the game, but this is really affecting my gameplay. Again, I hope this will get fixed soon.

For some reason the game can't connect to our wifi. I've uninstalled and installed the game but the result is still the same. Our wifi is perfectly fine and always paid on time 🤧😢 I hope the Infold Games will resolve this issue. I've been playing this game for a year now with the same wifi but now, I don't what happened 🙁😞

the art and the details of this game is honestly amazing for me (probs bc this is my first otome game) but i think in terms of like the storyline and the cards, events, it feels a bit lacking? and there’s so much to buy but it’s difficult to farm for diamonds, etc. which makes it difficult to afford playing the game esp with the limited ways to farm for currencies.

I had similar problems with their other games. It fails to connect to the network if you’re not using mobile data. The game is already expensive and now it’s even more expensive just because of mobile data.

It keeps saying that my connection failed even though my wifi is completely fine. I have already emailed them about this issue because I cannot log in my game without this error popping up, I have tried the solutions they’ve sent me but nothing has worked. I emailed them again and no reply for 2 days so far. I have tried connecting to another wifi, even reinstalling it but nothing has worked. I tried VPN and it actually opened my game without that connection error but since I needed to update it, it gave me a whole new error saying it is unable to update.

I read on X about people having the same situation as I do and coincidentally they are mostly from my country, I hope this is just a regional network fluctuation but if it isn’t I hope this could be fixed immediately.

Having reruns but have different kind of wishes? Wow how low can you go! They should have a way to let us farm more diamonds! We have this huge paywall now that we have claimed almost all the diamonds in the game. This game is not sustainable anymore. If this continues im gonna uninstall it.

Im 23 when I started playing this and Im 24 now, the love interests are around my age and it just resonates with me. Ive played otome games before but this is just on a different level, its revolutionary and definitely high quality in all aspects. I love how it has a lot of layers, with the main story, events, mini games, fanservice and each personality of the love interests. Basically Im obsessed with this lol.

I love the new additional option to be able to decorate your room as how you’d like and personalize it as much as you’d like and the new period monitor is actually helping me whenever I feel emotional so it’s a good addition, though I wish there was more dialouge options for the boys. Especially when catching up with them in dialouge, it gets a bit repetitive. My absolute comfort is Sylus, he’s teaching me a lot about how love should actually feel like for hyper-independent girlies like me. 

But I’m a bit disappointed with how little time, focus and cards he (Sylus) has, at times even the VA’s fall a bit short on the acting department which is a shame since their voices are so good and has so much potential to be honest. And his voice is
So good and has so much potential to be honest. Mayhaps a bit of training and they’ll show their full range, I believe in how good this game can actually get. There had been events where in i was so engaged and happy in participating in. In every event though, I wish there was a way we can still earn gems without having to spend. This last one was a bit stingy. And more time too or more card options for our favorite love interests, since it’s such a shame to miss out on their myths and full lore. 

To be honest, I really wish too that they would add more options and games for playtime with the boys since I really loved the touring in love one, The Jenga Bricks was so fun to play with the boys. It gets a bit repetitive to only play kitty cards and claw machines with them. Such a shame since there’s so much potential in that department. 

I’m hoping to see future improvements!
