DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS

I have been playing this game for about 7 months, but it started to crash frequently on login after the update at the beginning of this year. The only way I seem to be able to resolve it is by deleting the game and completely reinstalling it, but that means I lose pictures or any other settings. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets for this, but I have never heard back a single time. As someone who has actually spent money on this game, I expect better support when I run into a problem like this.

What is going on?

I know this game is highly rated, and I myself feel it is an incredible game with unbelievable graphics. But the only way I can view them is through the first cutscenes and my friends who have actually had the app downloaded. I have spent everyday for the past week trying to download the game, but it won’t fully load. I have deleted so many other things on my phone to access this game, but it won’t work. What am I doing wrong? Why can’t I access the app, and why won’t it load properly even when I have room in my phone for the app? I know this game will be great if it ever starts working, but until then, I’ll keep myself guessing.

I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app. I’ve tried resetting my phone. Everything and this app won’t leave the loading page.

Purple screen

Love the game there’s so many options and so many interactions you could do throughout the game. My only issue is why is there a purple screen blocking memories it doesn’t matter if I have the memory or not there’s a purple screen that goes over the scene and ruins it
