## Love Local Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "worst app i have ever used"
this app basically cannot do anything. i tried to put my details in but it always says it didn’t work. when i tried to add a gift card it didn’t send a verification code. absolutely useless
-- …….,6, 2025-07-29

### ***** "Simple and easy to use"
Simple app. Got my gift card! Thanks!
-- Fairy_Godmonster, 2024-12-07

### ***** "Much easier to use"
Code based activation is much easier now. Great
-- AlanSW90, 2024-12-05

### ***** "New Activation codes"
Much better to use. Love the new codes as I can now send these to friends and family
-- MrsBroon71, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Doesn’t work and your mobile no needs to be given"
Got 2 gift cards and sadly I can’t use app as I keep inputting my details as required but it says more info is needed even though all questions are answered. You are also forced to supply your mobile number if you want access to your vouchers which shouldn’t be necessary.
-- Waterchick13, 2024-12-01

### *---- "Something fishy going on?"
Electronic gift card was added to wallet. Emailed support & was asked to supply address so vouchers could be sent in the post but the email kept rejecting. Tried to call customer services - permanently engaged.
I wonder if this is a scam!
-- Colin stir, 2024-03-22

### *---- "Total Failure"
I can’t believe that a company that is primarily focused on providing a digital only gift card service to customers via an app would have such a poor app.

The app is the vehicle with which the gift card is activated and accessed. How could they not have developed a better app? Incredible!!!!

I am amazed this app got through the Apple verification process.
-- jmcgnr, 2024-01-13

### *---- "Terrible terrible app"
This is quite possibly the worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using. Literally nothing works properly. You cannot load a card. You cant click some input boxes. The 2fa autofill doesn’t work. I actually can’t believe they put this on the app store. Its a joke.
-- Quackers_97, 2023-12-28

### *---- "Doesn’t do it’s one job"
The main functionality of this app is allow the user to add a digital gift card and that doesn’t work, what the hell.
Was already reported in May this year that the ‘+’ button doesn’t work and still in December it’s the same.
How long does it take to fix? Why not have the same functionality or an alternative on your website? Why do I have to phone your customer services to sort it out?
-- Azza199212345, 2023-12-28

### *---- "Utter trash"
Downloaded the app, signed up etc, get to the add card screen and nothing works. I can’t click the add button, so it doesn’t allow me to add my voucher card. I assume I need to call them now to find what to do.
