I love this app. First and foremost this app is black owned which is AMAZING. The daily motivational messages and affirmations are amazing and always seem to come in at the PERFECT time. There is a lot available on the app such as different wellness programs and audio/virtual classes! If you are a yoga lover or even just new to yoga then this app is perfect!
Not only can you access virtual Yoga classes, but there are great accompanying wellness journals and discussions boards for community. And the timely notifications are so encouraging and never overwhelming!
This app is AMAZING! From the daily affirmations to the self care worksheets! This app has helped me start my journey to meditation with videos I can follow along with. I’ve learned yoga poses and it’s a great addition to my journey of finding myself and being at peace! I can’t wait for more content. This app is a must have!!
I really enjoy using the Wellness programs, especially Self Care Sister! I learned a lot and the exercises have been helpful for me in developing self care routines and better habits. Love it!
This app is great because there’s so many different ways to receive healing. My personal favorite is the Dear Yogi section! I can’t wait for more content there. I also enjoy the daily affirmations that come to my phone as a notification and e new personalized homepage!
