Connectivity issues and the vibe itself just isn’t very good. It has a lot of features that are half as useful than they should be for the cost of this thing. The music setting is delayed and doesn’t sync. Disconnects ever 30 seconds or so. Worthless junk.

I had recently purchased a bundle from their site which I thought was too good to be true. The package came in the mail and although the packages were discreet, it felt cheap. I had purchased from other sites and they made the experience more pleasant to open. It was too good to be true, because I can’t seem to Bluetooth connect any of these devices to the app and that is so frustrating.. that is the reason why I purchased these toys. The instruction manual is barely even detailed, I had to look on YouTube for answers and even then, it’s not clear on a lot of things. I want my money back.
Update: don’t order. The support team disappeared on me when everything failed to connect. They said they would get back to me within 3-5 business days. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I heard from them. It’s a waste of money and time.

I really do not like how there can be marketing notifications that pop up and say blatant things. Like, if someone is looking at my phone or I'm showing them a photo, I do not want that notification popping up telling anyone in sight that I use "appliances" for "activities".

I have been using this app for a while but have to say the last few updates have ruined it. It first started with the toy power being buried in a load of sub menus when it was easily accessible on the main dashboard. Now the control roulette part of the app has been destroyed. Now if a match declines you get a message saying “Control roulette is active, please end it first.” Forcing you to back out and start all over again. 
It feels like this app is now pushing for you to use third party apps and less on being a functional app for the toys people use. 
Please put it back to how it was.

Was excited to get this now I can’t even connect because it freezes every time I open the app. Connected once now just does nothing . I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve restarted the device, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nada. There’s a whole bunch of money just straight to the garbage right now . Totally disappointed.

Update:  4 days later and I still haven’t received any support other than
We’ve forwarded it on and waiting for a solution and I’ve not been able to access my toy to use with my long distance SO.  Isn’t that the whole Point of this product ?  I’m stuck with an expensive item
I can’t return and doesn’t work as advertised.  Beware iPhone users!

However in the last probably like 6 months I’ve been getting a black screen with the message “the requested url was not found on this server” when trying to watch videos sent to me after about 5 days. I can still watch my own, however. This is a relatively new issue, I’ve updated and reinstalled multiple times. Kind of frustrating.
