## Lowell Five Bank Reviews in United States

### *---- "Pathetic"
Absolutely pathetic app, embarrassing service, terrible. Your whole bank is this way so I’m not surprised. You people are pathetic
-- Adam ippy, 2025-11-16

### *---- "Awful App"
Constantly having to change my password every 2 days and it is irritating
-- Marym1975, 2025-05-31

### ***** "Update it"
Update it
-- charliebencic, 2025-04-08

### ***-- "Face recognition works randomly"
The face recognition works whenever it feels like it. Sometimes it works great than other days it doesnt. But i cant even type in my password i have to jump out of the app jump back in and prevent it from attempting to use the face recognition which isnt working anyways because it just freezes and does nothing.. fix the app it worked fine until the latest update came out for the iphone 16🥴
-- Amys iphone 16, 2025-03-02

### *---- "Frustrating"
The app keeps making me change my password every few days. It is beyond frustrating. This has been going on for over a month!
-- Tleex5542, 2024-12-27

### *---- "iPhone incompatibility"
This is the only app I have that does not seem to play well with Apple security. At times it will work but usually I have to try to log in twice and get error messages and sometimes can’t log in at all. I have deleted and reinstalled the app countless times. The browser seems to work better.
-- Impatient but Successful, 2024-08-23

### *---- "App not working for the past few weeks"
I haven’t been able to use this app since I changed to an iPhone 15. I’m getting no support from the bank. If it doesn’t resolve soon I’m changing banks
-- Member 5413, 2024-08-16

### *---- "Lowell five mobile all is awful"
For over maybe 3-5 years the app has not worked. One day it randomly stopped working, I tried calling multiple times, even asked while in person about it and never got a resolution. I’m starting to heavily consider a new bank purely because of this issue. I’m not calling the line on the error message for the 10th time
-- Anonanonanikon, 2024-05-21

### *---- "Doesn’t Work At All"
The login doesn’t work at all. Every time when I try to login, it comes up with error that call customer service.
-- hir@k, 2023-07-24

### **--- "Log in issue"
It’s a good app but it constantly locks me out of my account and says it can’t verify my account credentials. So I’ve had to call customer service and reset my password many times
-- angry muser guy, 2023-03-09
