There’s no need to call us when it’s in the Lowell app!
 
• See all your accounts as soon as you open the app
• Check your balances on-the-go
• Work out what you can afford with the straightforward budget calculator

I’ve just set up a payment plan, no hanging around listening to terrible keyboard music on hold, being passed round to different departments. I got home from work, opened a letter I’d been dreading receiving but now-10 minutes later, I’m set up, paying back my debt at a rate that suits me & have complete peace of mind. Just wonderful!

This app is useful. It is great for keeping up with dept and I find more convenient than the website. However, since the IOS 18 update, anytime I try to open the app it gives me a pop up saying it only works on IOS hardware and then the app closes. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro. Clearly an iPhone using iOS hardware.

I download this app onto my iPhone. But when I came to open it it said it only runs on ISO software. Which is on my phone. Not impressed with this app. Registration is a nightmare. Had to change password twice and still it won’t let me log in

As a lot of us I’ve hit hard times. Partner injured so bad he can’t work. I’ve set up manageable payments using the app as talking about it is just too difficult. This is the way debt should be managed with understanding and patience.
