## L&P Adjustable Base Reviews in United States

### *---- "Embarrassing"
The company should be embarrassed on how bad the interface is and how clumsy it works. If it cared anything about its reputation then it should update it! The last update of anything was several (and I mean several) years ago.
-- BPAK2384, 2026-09-19

### *---- "2025"
App no longer functions
-- Why Nickname Unique, 2025-06-17

### ***-- "Nothing special"
It works, basically mirroring the function of the remote, but that’s nothing special. What aren’t there additional features, for example, additional presets, the ability to readout the position of head and foot, or the ability for the bed to automatically change position at a specific time (e.g., you could start with the head up and lower it midway through the night). These would be easy to add.
-- Tubadour, 2025-02-28

### *---- "Old Version"
This app is not current for newly purchased L&P bases. I found the correct one with the QR in the manual and it shows up beneath this one in the "more you may like" section. However, this is the only related app that comes up when searching "L&P".
-- binks84, 2025-01-30

### ***** "No problems"
I have had no problems using this app on my phone. I don’t even know where my regular remote is honestly cause I never used it.
Only an issue when Internet goes out and can’t use the Bluetooth.
-- Offichick, 2024-10-12

### ***** "10/10"
Make sure your Bluetooth is on.
I have a richmat. No issues. Excellent app. Easy to navigate. No complaints.
-- Sammy30001, 2024-05-10

### **--- "Unreliable app"
When using the app, sometimes my bed doesn’t even show up as an option to control. Then I have to close it out and sometimes it still doesn’t function right. Also though, the remote isn’t much more reliable.
-- melfromia, 2023-09-01

### ***** "Great Controlling Bed With Phone"
The APP has worked virtually flawlessly since I installed it. I have full control of the bed. My partner uses the physical remote - couldn’t be happier. Once my phone quit working so I unplugged the bed mechanism for a couple of seconds, plugged it in and then it worked perfectly. I wish when I selected the APP, it would go directly to the bed control, but it usually gives me that initial screen, then I select the icon and then it goes to the bed control. Not sure why that is but I can live with it - maybe some kind of “hand shake” between bed mechanism and phone.
-- Concur App is Fantastic, 2023-06-13

### **--- "Possible fix identified"
Oddly, this app wouldn’t let me click on any of the four remotes after I configured my phone to work with an external Bluetooth keyboard. However it works again now that I’ve disabled Full Keyboard Access in the accessibility settings. If you’d app spontaneously stops working, go to: Settings -> Accessibility -> Keyboards -> Full Keyboard Access. Switch it to “Off,” and see if that fixes your problem like it did mine.

The app is pretty basic and I shouldn’t have to select between all four remotes. The app should either automatically recognize, or at least save, the type of remote based on the device it’s connected to.
-- JBN992, 2023-03-17

### **--- "Sort of works on iPad but not iPhone"
Worked fine at first. The app on my wife’s iPhone showed both her bed and mine and the app on my iPhone showed both beds as well. Then all of a sudden my app did not work on my bed and her bed disappeared from my app. Hasn’t worked since. Now my app works my bed on my iPad but won’t connect to my wife’s bed. This app or the bed controls need great improvement.
