Using iPhone and keeps saying image quality errors for depositing checks. No issues with other banking apps only this one.
I’m quite frustrated with the current design of your app. It lacks the sophistication and user-friendliness of established platforms like Fidelity. While I’ve noticed some improvements, it still falls short in several areas. One of the major annoyances is the excessive pop-up notifications. They interrupt my experience when all I want is to review my account data. It's incredibly distracting and takes away from what should be a straightforward task. Overall, I feel that significant enhancements are necessary, and they need to happen quickly. At this point, I’m not convinced of the added value your app provides, and I’m seriously considering transferring my funds to a platform that offers a more seamless user experience.
The login screen is so oversized I can’t even enter my username and password.
Please make the Daily Market update in larger font. It’s impossible to read on an iPhone. The rest of the app is good.
It seems like the people who wrote this app have. It seem any other financial apps in their lifetimes. 1. Extremely user unfriendly. 2. Unintuitive. 3. Lacks basic details regarding investment positions. 4. Certain details are available only in landscape mode. Others are only in portrait mode. So, we have to keep rotating the phone back and forth. Gives me a headache. I have been planning to move my investments to a different advisor just to get a App. I think I’m going to pull the plug now. The loser will be my poor advisor. She is good. But unfortunately I can tolerate this crappy app anymore.
Have not been able to use a passcode for several weeks. Deleted and reinstalled app but still unable to set it up. Used to work with no problem.
This app is very user-unfriendly and is difficult to use, constantly glitches, gives incorrect dates at times, and is the worst financial app I’ve ever used.
Consider advising your financial advisor to use a different app. Unfortunately, my experience with this one has been disappointing. For 2-3 weeks, it displayed incorrect total investment amounts, which is a significant issue.
Hasn’t worked since the last two updates. Not able to log into app. App displays Action Required; unable to display data. Website works fine.
