## LS Holiday Reviews in United States

### *---- "HORRIBLE"
Can’t even log into app and it’s disconnected
-- kakahdhegd, 2023-08-06

### *---- "Junk"
Worked when I first bought it a couple of years ago until they updated. Dose NOT work!
-- et0050, 2022-11-27

### *---- "Come on, people"
What’s the point of having a timer on if the lights won’t turn on when they’re supposed to. And if they do happen to turn on out of nowhere. They’ll stay on all day, everyday
-- Emodude666, 2022-07-17

### *---- "Abject Trash"
Super buggy, both in the app itself and the control of the lights. If you fiddle with it and reset it repeatedly you can sometimes get it to do what you want for a few minutes before it glitches out and you have to unplug it and wait a few hours for it to reset. Over the last few days I have about a 50/50 ratio of working lights to fighting with this horrible app. I will be returning these lights for a refund. Don’t bother with Novolink, the app is garbage and you’ll regret wasting your time and money. Look at the other reviews— they clearly don’t care and aren’t going to fix this. Also, it claims it doesn’t collect your data. Why do I need to create and log into an account to turn my lights on? Why does this app ask for my location data? Seems like the spyware was the only part of this app they actually put effort into.

### **--- "This app is not reliable."
App is very easy to use but it’s not reliable. Sometimes the timer starts & ends when it’s supposed to but a lot of times it doesn’t even if you’re home & close to the lights. It is very annoying because basically you still have to remember yourself to check if the lights are on or off every day. Please fix it!
-- Yeya DS, 2021-12-26

### *---- "Internet error"
Every time I try to reset my password or try to register it says internet error but I have internet working so now I can’t change the color of my lights!
-- justinstel17, 2021-12-03

### *---- "App doesnt work at all"
just says internet error if i try to log in or register
-- Loofuh, 2021-12-02

### *---- "Don’t work after 1 month"
Worked great for a few weeks and now the developers app doesn’t even function. Waste of money
-- Arc KC, 2021-11-25

### *---- "Bad app"
What else can I say man. I’m trynna log in and apparently I’m using the wrong password. I try to change the password and it says error. If I could give it -1 star I would. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star
-- OralyStretchedHole, 2021-11-12

### **--- "Buggy McBug Face"
Timer had to have a BT connection… huh?

Updates…. Buggy

Lighting colors… inconsistent… Buggy

Needs an update for porch lights?! … Buggy
-- Rewards glitch, 2021-11-01
