## LSNB Mobile Reviews in United States

### **--- "Bring Back Helpful Notifications"
The previous app had a function where I would get a text anytime there was a charge over $20. This was really useful when it came to combating fraud. I’ve had my card cloned before, and I’m glad this feature was available.

Now, you get notifications of the day’s transactions at midnight, and you have to get into the app the actually see what they are.
-- LSNB Customer, 2025-09-20

### *---- "Personal accounts"
BAD The app does not show the real balance and it takes 2 business days for the deposits/debits to show. Very disappointing. I’m really thinking taking my business somewhere else., and I been a customer for 25 years. So sad that LSNB does not take good care of their customers.
-- mtv80, 2025-09-04

### *---- "Worked fine before the update"
Used to like this app before the update now I don’t like it. Always asks for account number, before it was auto account number just enter password. Not a fan of this app now!
-- doughboy2010, 2025-04-24

### *---- "Very bad app"
App is always glitching and never loads. Never shows correct amount of deposits. All around bad app!
-- Ashler5, 2025-02-06

### ***** "NEW UPDATE"
absolutely love the new update! everything is so easy to access with a new sleek and modern design. Less bugs in my opinion and everything works more smoothly, the snapshot is the best part of the app too. 5/5
-- Bri-anne-rgv, 2024-09-08

### *---- "New update"
I can not open my Zelle browser since the new update.
-- Rueese, 2024-08-20

### *---- "new update 8/18/2024"
zelle doesn’t work and nothing much has changed besides making things harder.
-- noot78596, 2024-08-19

### *---- "New update is garbage"
Old app was fine. No need for this buggy update. Nothing but issues and problems since I got it. Fix this or I will move all my money to Ally Bank. I was already wanting to.
-- Chemmy2001, 2024-08-18

### *---- "Please fix the app"
This new update does not allow me to make deposits or transfers at all! It just takes me to a blank screen. Please fix this ASAP
-- Christy3610, 2024-08-18

### *---- "I just can’t with the new update"
I can’t even log in to my Zelle or do anything with it
