## LT Fare Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Won’t load"
The app won’t load once logged into it and it just comes up with a blank page with two bags in the top right corner
-- mnngyfdg, 2024-12-01

### *---- "1.0.6(2) broke the app"
On iPhone16 and ios 18.1 the app just shows a shopping bag icon top right on a white screen
-- I'm her bear, 2024-11-14

### *---- "It doesn’t support the new iPhones when they come out"
No
-- Rawr11223344, 2024-09-25

### ****- "Easy to use"
The app works fine and easy to use
-- Sareen23, 2024-02-24

### *---- "Horribly designed app"
Not very clear on instructions. Trying to put rides on the scannable card and end up with QR code rides that need to be activated. Even if I purchase passes on the LT card section it ends up on the activate QR section, then I’m constantly calling 311 to fix it. If I, as a millennial have issues with this app then pensioners probably struggle much more with it. I think the app should be re-designed to be much more clear and transparent.
-- Dracula963, 2024-02-13

### *---- "System issue"
I couldn’t watch the bus schedule.
-- Ux??, 2023-10-31

### *---- "Me"
The whole system now sucks. App extremely difficult to use
-- Marishka 666, 2023-09-29
