Tennis spectators surely know we must only get up & leave our seats at the players changeover time & never in the middle of a game?? What a crazy idea to have a colour zone on every seat- oh dear- common sense has gone out of the window. I have worked at Devonshire Park & now just a punter -since 1971. Please bring back simplicity & common sense. Once I manage to enter the champs I so look forward to my attendance this week. On the app, no signs of my tickets, so I had to go to another queue and clarify this, only to have them printed. Tried to register, told the account already exists so tried to log in. Then told there is no account for that email address. I had to use their support line (which did solve the problem). Why do you require a username? Nobody uses them anymore and they’re unnecessary as the email address is unique. Then, when you are sent a ticket, you still have to wait for it to be activated.
