## LTS PRO-VS Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worst app! Save yourself"
This app doesn’t work half the time and just closes it out every time I try to open it. Considering getting rid of this garbage and going to another system. Inwould recommend not to get this one
-- Lorgur, 2025-04-03

### *---- "Glitches often"
The app glitches out or won't open often. Needs an update.
-- 1233bbddd, 2024-11-21

### *---- "App stopped working as of today, 7/25/2024"

-- tguestg, 2024-07-25

### *---- "Won’t connect!"
I purchased the LTS DVR 16 channel and it will not connect with your app!
I have installed many systems and this is awful!
-- HadenL, 2024-01-31

### *---- "Cmon LTS"
The old analog apps are more functional and user friendly than this. Constantly freezes up, loses connection, hard to organize favs.
-- Zedmaster mc, 2023-10-31

### ****- "New update on 3/13 fixed the problem"
The app completely stopped working after the update a week or so ago and I contacted them. A new update on 3/13 fixed the issue Thank You!
-- GazzersL72, 2023-03-14

### ***** "Quick fix"
Support quickly fixed app when they realized that there was a bug. It works great and use it every day!
-- mscow2012, 2023-03-13

### ***-- "App. Not working"
After last update 3/9/2023. App will not open. Just crashes. Please restore old version or do another update. Reason for going with this camera system was for remote access to cameras.
-- Toyhauler 17810, 2023-03-13

### *---- "Do not update"
I just updated… 3/11/23 does not work…
-- AlexHristo, 2023-03-12

### *---- "Pointless"
So much for a security camera.

I need to know who is at my door and now with this new stupid update- the app is useless.
Please fix this ASAP…NOW!!!!
