Ich leite ein Restaurant und arbeite schon seit einiger Zeit mit der luca App – und möchte sie nicht mehr missen. Die App ist einfach aufgebaut, funktioniert zuverlässig und erleichtert viele organisatorische Abläufe im Hintergrund. Was mich aber wirklich überzeugt hat, ist der tolle Support: Rückfragen werden schnell, freundlich und kompetent beantwortet. Man merkt, dass hinter der App ein Team steht, das wirklich versteht, was Gastronom:innen brauchen – und auch bereit ist, bei Problemen persönlich zu helfen. Für mich ist luca eine echte Unterstützung und absolut empfehlenswert! Danke euch :)

Ich konnte innerhalb von 5 Minuten mein Handy in ein ganz normales Kreditkarten Terminal verwandeln. Das ist schon krass. Und ich kann sämtliche Telefone meiner Mitarbeiter auch zu Kreditkartenterminals erweitern, so dass wir jetzt immer genug Geräte haben. Funktioniert mit unserem Gastronovi Kassensystem nahtlos und alle Daten werden sauber übernommen, inklusive Trinkgeld Voreinstellung. Toll.

### *---- "Katastrophe - (m)ein Eindruck"
Der Kundenservice ist meines Erachtens katastrophal. er ist entweder nicht zu erreichen oder er meldet sich nicht zurück. Auch für die Entwicklerteams der Landratsämter war niemand zu erreichen. Auf schriftliche Anfragen erfolgte leider keinerlei Antwort. da fällt mir nur der alte Spruch ein: Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall. Viel Erfolg!!

### *---- "Ausländische COVID Zertifikate funktionieren nicht"
Immer wieder müssen meine Freunde und ich feststellen das nicht deutsche COVID Zertifikate als ungültig erkannt werden. Da es sowohl Papier und App basierte Codes sind und verschiedene Restaurants/Kneipen mit unterschiedlichen Geräte, aber offizielle Verifizierung Apps z.B. die von Belgien oder der Schweiz keine Probleme machen, muss es wohl an dieser App liegen.

### *---- "Könnte praktisch sein wenn sie dauerhaft funktionieren würde…."
Würde man nicht ständig die Geräte neu verknüpfen müssen weil diese ständig rausfliegen könnte die App praktisch sein. 
So kann man das echt vergessen.
Da kann man auch gleich alles weiter über den pc bzw Laptop machen.
