## Lucid Base Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not so Much !"
This would be awesome, if it worked!
Pretty please lucid, fix it!
-- James8220, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Thieves"
Never worked. Emailed support. Never answered except by automated email. If you drop remote you have no backup. Stuck in bed.
-- Tron1138, 2024-09-18

### ***-- "No Way to Turn Massage Off"
The app is full featured, and once i unplugged my bed and plugged it back in again I was able to pair. There’s unfortunately zero way to turn off the massage from the app which is pretty frustrating. Based on the last update to the app I assume it’s all but abandoned.
-- jamgood96, 2024-06-23

### ****- "Good product"
Can you add massage function to the alarm pls? I’m a belly sleeper.
-- LiquorSoul, 2024-06-17

### ***** "Works great"
I have had the L600 split king for 3 years. I set up the app about 6 months ago when I misplaced my remote. It works great for both sides of the bed and on my iPad and iPhone.
-- Kelly Stinson, 2024-02-22

### **--- "Can’t get it to keep working."
I got it to work and then it quits. Instructions aren’t very clear and the base model isn’t on the front of my remote like it says it is. Pretty frustrating app. But I love the bed!!
-- chinese learning girl, 2024-01-24

### *---- "Completely useless so far"
The remote for the L300 paired just fine, so the inability of the app to detect and pair with the base is inexcusable. I can’t give any higher rating to something I can’t even use.
-- JBTWL, 2023-11-30

### ***-- "Does not connect to bed"
Brand new and iOS app does not connect to L600 bed. Keeps stating failing to connect when trying to connect the Bluetooth
-- ViperBladeSOS, 2023-11-27

### ***** "Works GREAT!!"
Thank you for an amazing app.....worked perfectly and easy to use!
-- OhNoOldFart, 2023-10-28

### ***-- "I LOVED IT UNTIL IT BEGAN CRASHING"
I’ve reinstalled several times, but it still crashes when pressing the Both Sides option (Split-King base). I’ve reconnected Bluetooth, unplugged and started completely over. Hoping it will be fixed next update.
