## Lucid Dreamz Description
Lucid Dreamz - Simplest way to lucid dreams tonight

Lucid Dreamz makes lucid-dreaming simple. Tap Awake to get gentle, randomized reminders during the day to perform a reality check. Tap Sleep to let your phone monitor subtle movements at night and deliver a soft cue when dream-sleep is detected, so you’re more likely to ask, “Am I dreaming?” right when it matters.

How it works

Awake Mode — Schedules random reminders during the day. Each ping says: “Are you dreaming? Perform a reality check.”
Sleep Mode — Uses motion sensors to estimate REM-like periods. When detected, Lucid Dreamz gives a brief cue: flashlight + vibration + sound depending on your notification settings.

Tips for best results

In Sleep Mode, place the phone on the bed, screen face down. If you don't put the phone on the bed you get lucidity cues based on your sleep cycles and sleep time instead.
If you use Focus/Do Not Disturb, allow Lucid Dreamz notifications during sleep.
Pair cues with a consistent daytime reality-check habit such as looking at your hands or looking at a clock.
