No individual access?

What’s the point of paying for a subscription if they don’t allow access with an individual subscription? Their competitors do this so why can’t they?

Utterly Useless on iPad for Individuals

I really like Lucid Chart and use it for my business operations and to create clear charts, but the fact it's not available for individuals is making me reconsider my subscription. Additionally, the website redirects me to the app, which I cannot use. Let's fix this please.

Used to be able to use as individual

I’ve been a user of Lucidchart for 10 years and was able to use this app with my individual subscription to access documents on the go. You’ve been slowly taking away features and access to the everyday user while pushing other products. I don’t understand why you can’t allow individual users access to their files on the mobile appsubscription should cover this.

Paid Individual account can’t use this app?

I pay 100$ annually for this program but I’m not eligible to use the mobile app? Can you update this please?

Removed from the app

After using this for 6-8years they just kicked me off from using the app and they are still charging me every month. They did this without warning. Unfortunately it’s a new problem I have to deal with finding a new program and canceling etc..

Buggy

Been using the iPad pro version of this app for several years but frequently it has a hard time opening text to edit and other weird issues. It has random bugs that seem to come and go. NOW it's telling me I can't use the iPad app, but have to use it in my browser. I like this app, but the developers are constantly changing stuff. I use this app for work, to earn money. So every time you make a change, I lose data, or I lose time, or it's a hassle. Ive got alot of time invested in this app and all of the charts I've made. Don't make me dump you because you can't keep your customers happy.

No longer usable for individual use on iPad

I've been using Lucid for years and constraining tablets and mobile now to teams/organization and removing the application from supporting individual (paid) account was a terrible decision. I do work for myself and outside of my projects that are not part of a team, and I require separation of accounts and projects. I lose so much real estate having to now be forced to use a browser in my iPad. Additionally, while on the Lucidchart web, there is a huge "Open App" button, but I obviously can't because my paid account is not part of a team or org, so, it's just taking up even more pixel space. Please allow Lucidchart to be used without a team or organization for Paid accounts.

Really unhappy they took this away

I’ve used this app as a paid subscriber for years and now all of a sudden I can no longer use it. It has been my go to for countless projects but now you have to be enterprise to access this. So I’m on the hunt for something new. Total bummer bc I love lucid charts. Why did they do this?

Bone-headed management

Telling your individual plan users to fly a kite is a brilliant business move guys. You aren’t THAT special. Will be cancelling my plan.
