Terrible app, slow and completely NOT user friendly.
During check-in, one needs to enter again all passengers’ details and cannot go back one step, without cancelling the entire check-in process and starting all over again.
Lufthansa please join us in 2024 and make an app that works decently, the current one is an insult to your customers

Lufthansa’s many connections makes it very easy to find a flight. It is also very cool that one can book in the app also with other brands like Swiss or AirBerlin or even the German train DB.

The only big minus is that the prices are not the lowest. That makes flying a bit too expensive. It would be cool is one could make flying often more attractive

I downloaded the app in order to check my girlfriend and I in to a flight to Japan.

Aside from being incredibly slow, the check-in flow was also broken. After completing every step, only my girlfriend was checked in, while the app simply didn’t recognise that I was there as well. In all the information, it was aware that two seats were booked, but it could only issue a single boarding pass for one of us. 

Worse off, it was impossible to add me back to the booking, as it kept stating that all passengers were checked in when trying. 

Still to be resolved, but what a disappointing and frustrating experience!!!
