Looses luggage and expects the customer to take a detour and try to find it at that airport. Rerouted us to another country (first flight got cancelled) did not help with booking a hotel or assist with paying it while we had to also pay for our first hotel. The claims department do not answer mail except for an automated answer to say that I’m entitled to compensation. They after that have not answered anything for 6 weeks and calling Lufthansa it seems the claims department is on another planet. I can’t get a number there, there is no other mailbox that I can get ahold of and they can’t they to reach them themselves. Fantastic service!!!!

For some reason I COULN’T CHECK IN through the app both ways, and made me to queue at the airport and to my tickets fixed and printed..it took its time.

 Our flight is delayed at the moment, we are hoping to make our connecting flight
