### ***** "I was nervous too"
I was admittedly super nervous to use this service, I’m from the US and had a one day stay over in Lisbon before my flight out. We arrived early in the morning and the check in to our airbnb wasn’t until 3pm! We didn’t want to lug our luggage around all day so… 

My airbnb host recommended this app and I looked on line and tik tok etc (using my resources) to see if this thing was legit! I felt confident after the videos and decided I’d give it a try, then I saw only a few hundred reviews and felt scared again 😅 but it was too late I had to do it! 

We didn’t have any place to go in Lisbon in the morning so we went to a cafe, we set our pick up location as this random cafe in the middle of the Alfama area (not easy to navigate with a van) and sure enough 5 minutes before my allotted time my LUGGit driver showed up, was extremely extremely nice and helpful!!! Dropping off is easy to trust… I love having the real time location feature, that was comforting I could check where the vehicle with my bass was every few hours… We arrived to our airbnb at 330 after some luggage free wandering and shopping! we had set our drop off time for 4pm, and again a few minutes before 4, the app notified me my driver was on the way and I followed him in the app with the real time location until he was close and easy as that, got my luggage, hassle free, damage free, for a good fee, and happily! Our second “ luggage keeper” was equally as friendly and helpful 😁

TLDR: I’m a normal average person from the US, traveling to Europe for the first time! I had fears of using the service and instead it went smooth and easy, will use again!

What a wonderful service!!!! Made our last day in Lisbon so stress free. Drop off was so easy and we happened to be 15 minutes early to pickup but our person was already at the very clear instructed spot at the airport!!! Worth every penny for such a seamless service

### *---- "Service not provided and still charge 15 euros"
I arrived at Lisbon airport on 09/13/24 and solicited a baggage service at 12:15pm. 12:21pm they sent me a text saying that they couldn’t get someone at the time requested and it was going to take 30min longer. Anna asked me if this changed worked for me which I responded at 12:28pm stating that it didn’t work for me. I hopped into the train with no service and they still sent the driver to the airport. When I arrived to my airbnb I realized that they still charged me the full amount and saw messages stating that they couldn’t communicate with me and the driver was waiting for 30min. They still kept 15 euros which I find abusive and how Anna treated me was poorly and petty. They took advantage that I didn’t have service and even with the proof I presented to them that I responded back stating that the service didn’t work for me…Anna stating this “ Just imagine that all our customers behave like you and that we don't charge anything for it” This is insulting and not a professional way of handing customer service. I would put 0 stars for this kind of respond to a customer. I’m a business owner and I’d never respond like this to my customers
