## Lugn och trygg Description
Barn behöver också slappna av! 

Att träna avslappning är ett bra komplement till den aktiva vardag som många barn lever i. Precis som vuxna behöver barn tid för återhämtning och reflektion, tid att varva ner och få möjlighet att tänka efter vad de själva vill och känna att de duger precis som de är.

Appen innehåller sju olika övningar och är tänkt för barn mellan 4 − 11 år. Men låt gärna både äldre och yngre barn få prova, vi är alla olika. Det är mindfulnessövningar och muskulär avslappning som ökar kroppsuppfattningen och löser upp spänningar samt övningar som stärker jaget och hjälper barnet att hitta sin inre trygghet. Appen är kompletterad med en övning att somna till - Sov gott.
