## LUKB Key Description
Ihr schnellster Weg ins E-Banking

Mit der Key-App der Luzerner Kantonalbank bestätigen Sie Ihr Login oder Ihre Zahlungen schnell & sicher.

Mit Internetverbindung…
Falls Sie auf Ihrem Smartphone immer eine mobile Internetverbindung haben, können Sie das Verfahren «PushTAN» verwenden. Sie erhalten damit beim Login eine Push-Mitteilung zur Bestätigung.

… und auch ohne Internetverbindung
Als Offline-Variante steht Ihnen in der Key-App «PhotoTAN» zur Verfügung. Die Login- und Transaktionsbestätigungsdaten werden dabei in einem farbigen Mosaik codiert. Dieses muss mit der App fotografiert und der entschlüsselte Sicherheitscode eingegeben werden.


LOGIN INS E-BANKING
1. Login-Seite auf dem PC öffnen
2. Vertragsnummer und persönliches Passwort eingeben
3. Login anklicken
4. Push-Nachricht auf dem Smartphone öffnen und Login bestätigen

LOGIN IN DIE E-BANKING-APP (App-to-App)
1. E-Banking-App öffnen
2. Vertragsnummer und persönliches Passwort eingeben bzw. Touch ID oder Face ID nutzen
3. Login anklicken
4. Die Key-App öffnet sich automatisch. Darin das Login bestätigen.

SICHERHEIT
Die App erfüllt die höchsten Sicherheitsstandards und übermittelt Daten nur über verschlüsselte Kanäle. Der Geräteschutz schützt die App vor unbefugtem Zugriff – auch bei einem Verlust des Smartphones. Aus Sicherheitsgründen empfehlen wir, die App mit einem gerooteten bzw. einem Gerät mit Jail Break nicht zu verwenden.

### **--- "Tipp neues Gerät aktiviere: per PC"
Beim über Smartphone einrichten muss scheinbar IMMER ein neuer Aktivierungsbrief bestellt werden, was auch zur Folge hat das sämtliche Geräte ungültig werden! 

Wenn man wie ich bereits einen Aktivierungsbrief hat, dann lässt sich dieser wohl nur mit der Variante „über PC“ verwenden und das neue Gerät direkt aktivieren…  Das sollte auch rein per Smartphone möglich sein!

Überhaupt ist die Einrichtung unnötig kompliziert gestaltet und gerade für ältere Menschen schwer zu meistern.

Zum zweiten mal nach einem Update funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Beim ersten mal hats den Vertrag gelöscht und es musste ein neuer Brief angefordert werden. Jezltztnist der Vertrag aktiv, aber es passiert einfach nichts in der App. Und für das Konto/ebanking zahlt man sogar noch

Trotz aktivierter Benachrichtigungen (Banner, Töne, Kennzeichen) erhalte ich keine Push Notification beim Einloggen am PC - das hat bei Einführung der App geklappt, nun seit längerem aber nicht mehr und ich muss die App „manuell“ öffnen und das Login bestätigen.

Wie schon bei meiner Mutter, senden sie mir einen falschen Aktivierungscode zu. Einfach Lächerlich von einer Bank zweimal so Zeitaufwändige gravierende Fehler! Hier geht es um mein Business ich habe einen Onlineshop und kann jetzt meine Produkte nicht an die Kunden senden, da ich nicht weiss ob die Überweisungen gekommen sind!
