We are often exhausted at the end of the day, while he is fully charged. I think he’ll be a future night owl. Nonetheless, after using this app for the first time, he calmed down almost immediately and fell asleep so peacefully about 9-10 min later. In addition to my son falling asleep I felt completely relaxed and calm...almost as though I had just meditated. I was not expecting to get so much peace and calmness out of an app!
