### *---- "Disappointing Experience with the Lulu App"
The upgraded version of the Lulu app is a major letdown. It’s much slower than before, and many items fail to appear in the search or category listings. The app is not at all user-friendly, making shopping frustrating and time-consuming.

Although it promises delivery within 2 hours, it often takes more than 4 hours. Customer support is another weak point — it usually takes at least 15 minutes to get a single response, and resolving even a small issue can take over an hour.

One of the most frustrating aspects is that if an item is unavailable, there’s no call or notification. You only find out after the delivery arrives — or worse, when it doesn’t. The status updates are unreliable too; in one case, it showed “delivered” when nothing had actually arrived.

Frankly, I expected much better from a trusted brand like Lulu. Sadly, I cannot even compare this experience with platforms like Talabat, which offer far better service and responsiveness.

They decide that items listed are not available, proceed to replace it with a cheaper item so they keep the difference. Only response is: sorry this is the situation you want it or not? 

So a big corporation like Lulu is ok with stealing money from customers at every order ( it happens every single time) a company with this ethics is not to be trusted.

The app proudly says delivery within 2 hours but it’s been 6 hours and still no delivery. 

Plus the staff barely speak English or Arabic, WhatsApp support is a bot. Big joke!
