I have been shopping from Lulu&Sky for almost 8 years. But past 3 years, the app is downgrading in style and clothing are coming cheap and used. Everything on the website is now cheap alternative of shein and China material. For example, if you order a princess dress, it will come in a small packet. If you order a coat, it will come a very cheap and light material. Nothing like shown in the image. Most of the clothes I receive are either used had foul body order and ugly under arm smell. 🤮 Till date, I never gave review being a loyal customer, but in my today’s package, I received not a cheap and used clothing, but clothing had bad stains on it. I don’t understand what kind of quality check goes before packing the material. Before the prices were reasonable, and the quality was great, but now the prices are high and the quality has gone low. Shoes that I have orders literally broke in one wear, and the leather started ripping from the boots. Same is with the bags. The material is so fragile that within few use, you will see the damage. till the time you cannot even return the product. Technically, the app has major issues in filter. You cannot search anything from high to low, low to high, size or your given price. The app randomly shows anything. Literally work on the technical aspect of the app, so it’s easier for people to filter according to their needs. Overall, you guys have lost a loyal customer because today I give up. The used clothing with foul smell can give infections and skin diseases. There has to be strict quality check before shipping the product. Highly disappointing.

I have been trying to return an item for about 5 days now. The pick up guy has randomly come twice and and both times have been when I was out of the house. When I called and explained the situation asking him to let me know before he comes he simply stated that he didn't want to come anymore and had canceled my return and hung up. After trying to call luluandsky customer care all I'm receiving is the bot response time and time again. This has left me very frustrated.
