Unable to make payments on-line, no matter what. There will be an error message that states: payment didn’t go through. Please use another card.  The bank stated that it is NOT their side and nothing is wrong either the card/account.

Now, I have to go all the way to the store and in-person to make/pay for the things that I want; if they are still in my trolley by the time I get to the store!
