Paid app which constantly closes while editing
I can’t describe how frustrating it is to be in the middle of the editing and the app is closing right when you need to undo a stupid mistake you did, and then when you reopen the app it loads the project saved with the mistakes you wanted to undo. This happened several times. Not mentioning the fact that some features stop functioning and you need to restart the app in order to fix it. This never happened to me on any free app such as Capcut or others. I decided to buy LumaFusion because I recently purchased an iPad too, and I’ve heard this is “the best editing app for iPad”, but it is a total mess. It also wants you to pay extra for speed ramping (adjusting the speed of a video with keyframes - yes, you can’t do that without paying extra while other free apps can), and other features.

No trial version - used it for 15min to realize it’s not what i need, wanted to refund. Refund not possible. I don’t even use this app to this day, but i can’t forget i had to pay to try it fot 15min…
Worth every cent
Everything that you need it’s there. imovie is a primitive toy. Never crushed although its a very complex software that utilizes all the devices hardware capacity.

Very unreliable for projects
Is enough for editing but every update is a scare. This last update was THE LAST STRAW. i lost all connections to external ssd on old files. Basically all my projects are now lost. This is not software this is a toy that makes fun of you. How can this be professional lumafusion how?!?!?!?
Great app, but not so great…
Too bad this app has so many export issues.
iPhone users- this is what you need
If you’re into video editing and don’t know what to have. Go with this one and you’ll never look back.
Great editing app, but...
I am using It on Ipad Pro 11 2018. App version 2.4.2.1335. No real problems except two: 1. Time reversing a cut Is a pain and time consuming. It’s doing It by reversing the entire imported video not the intended cut. 2. The lack of video scopes makes you guess the levels, colors, etc.
