My lights are 15’ away from my router and constantly go offline. Everytime they go offline, they go into blinking light strobe light mode and I have to open the app to reconnect them and get them to stop blinking. I will never buy a luminary product again. Terrible design.

This app could be so much better if they fixed the bugs. We use the app for our outdoor lights. We use the timer to have our lights automatically turn on everyday but it always defaults to an old color pattern even after have deleted it. Also why is the only option to turn on the moving lights and not the custom grid? Whats the point of being able to customize each individual light if the app is so limited and doesn’t even work properly. Love the lights hate the app.

Most of the lights are offline and not easy to get back online. If you flip the switch off and on it messes all the lights up and they blink and you have to reset them. Worst purchase ever!

Sure, there are plenty of things that could be improved in the app, but a huge thing is you shouldn’t need to know everything about me and my location all the time just to configure a light on my Wi-Fi. That’s a bit invasive for the services that you offer.  If I wanted to enable a feature like turn on when I come home or something that makes sense but in general, I don’t want you to know where I am.

Fathom this: a smart light product that is so advanced it completely loses connectivity, and its IP address when the power goes out and the router reset. I get the DHCP presents certain issues but allow for MAC address or something. Having to reconnect every time the power blinks is byproduct of embarrassingly poor engineering.

Using this app to control landscape lights, and, so far, it’s the best of breed. Only complaint is the developer’s abuse of the IOS notifications to spam me daily with sales ads. Turned notifications off.

I like the app and all the features it has it’s very different from the other light I had but there’s some issues 1 i’m not sure how the countdown works because there’s just a number and I’m not sure if it’s minutes or hours 2 also in like automations and tap to run the colors are messed up, especially on the blue red side because when I try and make it pink, it makes it light blue when I try and make it red and makes it blue
