Lume Fitness Club ti aiuta a trovare l'attività fisica adatta alle tue esigenze! Qui non esiste il fitness “fai da te”, come lo si trova in altri centri, dove ognuno sceglie da solo l’attività da fare rischiando così di non raggiungere gli obiettivi desiderati. La nostra mission è creare la cultura del movimento.
Quando entri in Lume, il tuo percorso viene affidato ad un tutor, che si occupa di valutare bisogni manifesti e nascosti attraverso un'approfondita analisi dei bisogni. Inoltre semplici test fisici (di forza degli arti inferiori e superiori, test cardiovascolari e valutazione posturale) ci permetteranno di monitorare la tua condizione fisica.
