Beware for they charge you even if you cancel everything .
CAUTION!!!! fraudsters charge money to your account without your approval!!!! I had to cancel my card!!!!!
Be careful. They charging you extra money. I have to cancel my debit card from my bank. The worst app.
I cant unsubscribe
BE CAREFUL!!! It is a complete scam. No way to unsubscribe. The link they have at the Terms of Use which is supposed to provide you info of how to unsubscribe does not even open. Once you download it to see if it works you cant get rid of it but keeps charging.
I got charged 25$ even AFTER I cancelled my subscription. Mailed them and they said that they can’t refund me since the payment was already made. Should have read all of the bad reviews before downloading.
This is so disappointing and deceiving. They asked for a minor payment at the start just to get the credit card details and after 3 days they charged a full monthly subscription without NEVER asking. Plus I deleted the app 10 min after I downloaded it. Save your time and money
Although you think you just purchased a one time small fee, you get a €35 monthly renewal. The subscription doesn’t appear on your Apple id and I was lucky enough to prevent and cancel it one day before the renewal because I read another similar review which turned out to be extremely helpful. Besides you don’t receive any useful content if you just purchase the basic subscription. The stylist session are totally basic although stylists themselves seem to be kind.
I saw the app through an ad. Nowhere was clearly stated that by downloading the app and paying two amounts of 0,99 € you consented to a monthly plan of about 49€. I realized it only after the first monthly charge when, miraculously, you could see in your profile that you actually had a monthly plan. I immediately cancelled future payments. Plus, nothing was visible on my Apple account as a subscription. A few days later I thought about entering PayPal (which I had used for paying) and there was still active the monthly payment so I cancelled there as well. I contacted Lumi support and I received a kind but firm email stating how sorry they were for the inconvenience but the payment details were stated clearly and understandably in terms and services and I was supposed to see that before proceeding. So it was my responsibility and I cannot get a refund. If by “clear and understandable” they mean tiny grayed out letters on a vast terms and services page then yes, probably they are right. But in my experience so far, honest companies and apps, state in big letters the plans and payments and warn you every step of the way. And in this app, this was not the case. Needless to say I never used any services and I feel deceived. If you wish to use the app be extra careful and read EVERYTHING before and immediately after subscribing.
