Charged me with monthly subscription without proper info
This app charged my card without my consent for a monthly subscription WHEN IT WAS ONLY SHOWING IT WOULD ONLY CHARGE 0.99 dollars. The succeeding options showed you additional charges (TO WHICH I DECLINED) but never did their content show it will charge you a monthly subscription. A few days after they will charge your card that you used to pay the initial 0.99 for initial consultation. This is borderline scamming and it seems you are misleading potential users. Shame on you. Your app is not even useful. P.S. the developer of this app has the gall to respond to the negative reviews like it’s our fault. THERE WAS NO INFO ON ANY PART OF THE PROCESS THAT TALKED ABOUT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. FAKE NEWS.
Deceptive marketing
They deliver styling help, not actual outfits. They require more time from you. No refunds.
False advertiaing. Agree with the rest if the reviews, this feels like a scam
I answered a questionnaire and agreed to the 0.99 charge and downloaded the app. I realized after diwnloading that you need to schedule before getting anything so I went and checked on the reviews and decided not tomoursue and download. I did not even enter all my details in the app before deleting. Today I received a charge for 39.99! I can’t remember where in the process did I agree to this.

This application is a scam! First they ask for .99cents and before you know it, they will deduct $35 or $49 to your acct. BE WARNED.

Paid subscription but never got the chance to schedule.
Don’t download this app
I signed up in tailored, answered questions and paid 99cents To access the downloaded guided instead i was redirects To download Lumi thinking that the download will be there But nope no customized Plan for me. Instead i was charged Around 40$ as a subscription. I emailed for a refund But now they are saying Im not qualified for their money back program
SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY
App doesn’t work as advertised. And charge me twice for the plan I didn’t even want to. I just answer questions and says send your plan to your email, i did but ask for payment method put in my paypal account, i was charge USD0.99 and after I finished another 0.99 USD charge to my Paypal.
Feels Like A Scam
I had to pay after answering a questionnaire on Facebook. But there was nothing substantial sent except a suggestion for me to download their app. From there you’ll have to pay every step of the way.
No personal stylist session
They say the session will start. So you go to the app. Then it says no internet but I am able to use you tube and all other phone apps. All in all —- it is bad deal.
