I got scammed! Uninstalled the application and still they managed to take me money

After two days of having the app installed and have not agreed to paying anything further I got charged 34$. There is no justification for this nor were any services provided. The app does not show an option for cancelling subscriptions or prohibiting future payments.

Application without relevant information, you answer a quiz that is useless, after a day you are charged 35$ for no reason, and no time they explicitly inform you that they will charge you a monthly subscription. In addition, if you want any advice you pay for everything, very expensive, and for generalized information. The app is very bad and useless. I don't recommend it to anyone. I even contacted the support for the refund of the amount and it's been 5 days and I didn't get a response from it. They're too wrong!

Even do I cancel the app and any subscription they retrieve the money from my account. Want a refund asap, this is a no use app.

Expectations didn’t match the reality. Extensive signup - as I expected in this kind of app. By the time signup is required and they take your euro for the trial period, you already answered so many ‘preferences’ questions that you expect some level of recommendations in the app when you eventually login. Well… no. Low quality contents (this to say they have *any* contents at all besides a “style quiz”, a list of stores you can buy from (alas, US-based) and six - six! - paid, optional add-ons. Body shape? Hair colour? Accessories? If you are looking for tips, pay extra. These are supposed to be the recommendations I was expecting to find in a paid style app. People, if you want to charge 36€ per month for a chat with a ‘stylist’ per month, charge 7€ per each additional guide, have a teenager-written quiz and have a non-working chat, well… I’m out. This euro was my impulse purchase of the week. This app wasn’t worth it. Unsubscribed.

They came up with a polished look that wasn’t too expensive that I could wear everyday that looked like something I would choose. Great choices and so easy not to spend a huge amount of time looking!! Thanks!!

I had a productive first session with a stylist who pretty much nailed my first wardrobe style. I hope this trend continues.

This company is absolutely untrustworthy. They charged my account without my authorization, and I never received any service from them—I didn’t use anything of theirs whatsoever. I only found out about the unauthorized charge because my bank called me. I emailed them immediately on Sunday, January 26, the same day the money was taken from my account, requesting a refund. However, they told me they couldn’t return my money. I work hard every day to support my children, and it’s outrageous that this company thinks it has the right to take money from people without their consent. This is theft, plain and simple. I do not recommend this company to anyone—be cautious and avoid them at all costs.

Almost cancelled my session but Audrey changed everything. Her friendly chat approach put me at ease immediately. She recommended a stunning outfit - a wrap dress with subtle pattern that works perfectly for my body type. Can't believe how well she understood my style!
