The dashboard is very user-friendly, everything syncs seamlessly with our bank accounts, and it ticked almost all the boxes on our wish list. We contacted Lumio about a few features we’d love to see added, and were pleasantly surprised to speak to an actual person who was genuinely interested in our feedback. It sounds like others have requested similar improvements—such as the ability to split transactions (e.g., £100 spent at Sainsbury’s split between £50 groceries / £50 clothing) and the option to add tags to expenses (e.g., category = gift / tag = Christmas). We have since been told by the Lumio team that these features are in development.
