For example, I am only able to add one bill on there (gas and not electricity) this is frustrating. I contacted the company and they told me I had to have both accounts linked up to the ONE bill and paying cycle if I wanted this to occur. As opposed to having 2 seperate Bills at different times. For affordability purposes, this works best for a lot of people rather than getting ONE huge bill! Be great to have the option of having independent Gas AND electricity bills added to the App, not just ONE Bill. As an example, when checking the electricity used, a nice bar graph is displayed and you are told how much electricity you have used for the nominated period in kWh. The solar credit is also displayed but I have no idea what credit the unit is displayed in. Is it kWh or $? Who knows? I have just come across from Energy Australia and their app is so much more user friendly as it also displays import and export in dollars. I don’t understand why Lumo doesn’t display this. The Energy Australia app is so much better leaving me very disappointed with the offering from Lumo. It is very good. This app provides quantitative electricity usage data broken down into 30 minute units. Enabled by the electricity smart meter, the comparison of solar energy captured and fee into the grid vs energy consumed is an excellent aid for calculating optimal usage timeframes of high energy demand devices. Gas measurement to the same granular level is not possible. Because of the standard analogue meters. The app has a clean and simple user interface.
