Connectivity issues
App doesn’t work. It says my devices aren’t on the same network when they are. It keeps prompting me to download a paid premium version which I am reluctant to do given the negative reviews around connectivity and my experience to date.
Doesn’t detect wifi
Says we are not in the same network when we are making it impossible to trial the app
Hard to delete
Still can’t work out how. Can only delete from Home Screen and doesn’t give option any other way to delete.
Okay but connection issues are never resolved
My connection always seems to drop off and doesn’t re-connect
Too expensive and goes off all the time
$17.99 for each device, seriously for 3 devices between the baby me and my husband might as well buy a camera. Absolutely hopeless goes off every time baby cries or wakes up. $500-$600 for an iPad and a phone that’s constantly in use, why wouldn’t you just buy a camera as it’s hard to monitor with iPad video, only somewhat useful for voice monitoring.
Get a different app
Useful app, but too buggy, no sound at times and have to restore my purchases everytime. Get another app I’d say.

Issues with premium
When this works it is a great app. However, when you buy the premium version you are meant to be able to share it between family devices, but my husband and I have had to buy it separately. Then, when mine stopped connecting to our “baby” phone, I deleted the app, having tried everything else, then reinstalled the app, but it seems I will have to buy the premium version AGAIN, as it has not reloaded. Even more frustratingly I cannot get hold of app support. If I had known of these issues, I would have used a different app.
