### *---- "If you’re downloading this app, stop. Don’t waste your money."
I just saw ads of lunch actually on my ig and got reminded that I have to give them a 1 star review.
And save others from wasting money on this lousy dating agency.
I was a client in Apr 2023.
First and foremost, the way they price their package is a scam.
They have a highest tier package without consultation (cost $3999 or $4999 if I remember correctly) that is called “unlimited matches”.
They claim to have a very big clientele base and that they will be able to find someone suitable for you.
BUT, they only start matching me with someone in after 2 months, claiming that they need to filter the matches and need time. Nvm that’s fine.

You need to take note that they match you with only one person a month. So it’s not unlimited per se.
They use this word to entice you to get the highest tier package instead of the other tier packages.
If my memory serves me, the next tier is 5 matches for a year followed by 3 matches.
And the price point is a couple of hundreds lower than the “unlimited” package.
So i started the package in April, and after the 4-5 matches i mentioned above, it was October.
After October, the experience I had was so damn bad.
1. I had to ask for matches instead of them proactively sending me matches to select from. (I have screenshots of all these happening.)
So the service expected from paying a premium for this service is definitely not up to par. As per what they claim that they can provide.
2. I paid money for them to match me with someone according to my expectations, and the matches they matched me with was ridiculous.
2.1 - they matched me with someone who told me she does not want someone who is too tall, im 177 for that matter. And i was like, if the female party is looking for a 170cm and below guy, why did u match me with her?
2.2 - they also matched me with someone who was purely looking for a Christian guy. I’m definitely not a Christian as stated on my profile. But they still matched me with her.

There might be some people who managed to find someone good and got tgt/married etc.
But im pretty sure the success rate is much lower as compared to what they claim they can do for you.

They will ask you to go down to the agency to do a profiling test. AND they will sales talk you on the spot to sign the package.
If you read the reviews, those that says that their service is good are profiles that looks pretty fake.
Those that gave them 1 star are legit profiles like mine with screenshots.

Initially will try to sweet talk you to try out their service. Be positive that they can get for you

Then after getting your criteria will try to go and “generate” a list for you and said have “MANY” matches for you based on your basic matches. If you want to your matches will need to pay

Try to make you upgrade to the max which is what I did. A BIG MISTAKE

After told her my criteria the first match is wrong.  +1 years old older than my requirement. Then start telling me my requirements cannot find any (initially said have a lot? What happened?) After they realized they cannot force me change my requirements, they delay until i totally lose my will to fight with them. I am not even sure if I can get back my refund after more than 1 year. 

I am confident I am neglected after I paid my money so have to say they are very very very unethical.

Supposed to have a scheduled lunch appt last month, but requested to reschedule 4 days prior to the appt date via the Chat in App, but was not responsive. Follow-up with calls (no one answer the calls during working hrs), then follow up via the sms which I recd from about the appt schedule then a day before just gotten reply. And I was told that to request rescheduling via Chat in App or call directly will be more efficient (well I did but my requests were not attended).
Then, on 2/Apr, I got contacted by the Consultant via Chat in the App, asked about which dates will be available for rescheduling, I provided 3 dates on 2/Apr unfortunately I don’t not receive any acknowledgment from the Consultant about my proposed dates till today.
I personally feel that it could give a bad impression to the match, or others whom also have same experience like me, are disappointed as we believed LA could be a trusted platform.
