I watched the rise and then ruin of Mint by Intuit. Lunch Money is the old school simplicity and clarity of some of the originals without all the ads and junk other apps add on. Absolutely love this product and fear the day the developer sells it to a big company! -- fishpick, 2026-08-19 ### ***** "Best Budgeting App" Simple and thorough. Easy to use. The best budgeting app for all my use cases. It’s not flashy but it’s solid and well-supported. One of the most useful apps on my phone. -- cmcdougs, 2026-06-23 ### ***-- "Great but.." I have been having issues with the rule. Rules doesn’t work consistently and for some reason, new rules are created automatically even when I turned off the rule preferences setting. Sometimes, I have to spend more time fixing the transactions… -- RandomGuest99, 2026-04-29 ### *---- "Subscription Fail" I purchased an annual subscription through the App Store but 3 months into the subscription Lunch Money shows no active subscription. The developer is unresponsive and I can’t get a refund through the App Store. Maybe a monthly subscription would have worked but the annual does not. -- skselby, 2026-03-12 ### ***-- "Income moved to spending?" I love this app but since the last update, income was moved to spending!! Can you fix that? -- Redmisc, 2026-01-30 ### ***** "Great app" Great app. Sometimes the banks accounts don’t update but overall love it -- Thedstrat, 2025-12-17 ### ***** "love this finance/ budgeting app money" This is an amazing website based platform but it’s nice to be able to have it on my phone. would love to see more come to the app overtime! -- Arianamend0za, 2025-11-26 ### *---- "Still charged" After ending my subscription and DELETING my account I’ve still been charged a subscription fee this month… Not worth the headache -- TMiller218, 2025-10-23 ### ***** "Love lunch money" This is an excellent companion to the more extensive web app. Support is very helpful and love being a part of a discord as well as the open API structure. Good stuff LM team! -- AtlantaMan404, 2025-08-30 ### ***** "Amazing money management tool" This mobile app is a companion to the web app. It has more limited functionality compared to the web app since Lunch Money is focused on a web-first experience. Getting started was relatively straightforward! This is a breath of fresh air compared to some money management tools that have high learning curves. I love that it allows for me to set certain categories to rollover funds from one budget period to the next. This is great for variable expense categories like gifts, emergency fund, sinking funds, etc. I also really love that you can set custom budget periods. You don’t have to follow the traditional monthly budget period if you don’t want to! You can set budget periods that align with your paycheck schedule. -- Designthedays, 2025-07-18 [View all Lunch Money reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Lunch Money Discovered Keywords - spending categories - mybudgetpal - money mammals needs vs wants - infosaver - lunch money ## Lunch Money Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/canada) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/netherlands) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/spain) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/united-kingdom) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/ireland) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/greece) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/australia) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/cayman-islands) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/lunch-money-MiJu/new-zealand) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
