Lunds and Byerlys

L&B is a great grocery store, but I’ve given up on getting my groceries delivered from there till they figure out something other than Door Dash for getting them here. Door Dash is terrible. They apparently don’t screen applicants for whether they can actually do the job - read a map, find an address, lift the grocery bags, etc. I’ll happily return to shopping L&B when they fix their delivery issues. Door Dash ain’t cuttin’ it.

First cub foods upgraded their app, then fresh thyme did the same thing. Now ones has upgraded their app and all three upgrades must be done by the same company because all three are absolutely horrible after the upgrade. They all have lost the functionality of looking at the online ad clicking on an item and adding it to your shopping list. None of these apps allow you to do that anymore. What is wrong with you people how stupid are you? I guess I’ll have to do all my grocery shopping at other stores, because the stores now have worthless apps.

One of My Favorite places to shop for the freshest food, meat, dairy and gluten free items, and quality merchandise.

Lunds and Byerly’s, have the freshest Produce most extensive Deli dept. (meats, cheeses and salads galore) a hot food section too! Their Meat dept. has excellent fresh cuts with great butcher’s that are both knowledgeable and friendly. The Bakery has the finest delicate pastries that are a work of art, almost too beautiful to eat - but always delicious.

When I enter my sign in info, it tells me to confirm that I’m not a robot but doesn’t give me a box to check or any other way to verify. My login works on my computer. Fix your app!

The app is great! Super handy. If you are looking for enhancements would love the option to add a tip at checkout for pickup orders. I think your shoppers would appreciate it too—love this service by the way. One other suggestion for featured recipes—include the recipe along with the shopping list? Thanks from a loyal WBL customer.

This app shows you what aisle the product is in a particular store. That's a non-negotiable for me, so when another large grocery chain's app stopped showing where things are in the store, I stopped shopping there. Keep up the good work, Lunds & Byerly's!

The app is not usable by blind users of iOS VoiceOver screen reader. Unlabeled buttons, inaccurate focus order, colors that do not contrast well enough, and deals that are not available to those who cannot see the app. This has been a problem with this app for too long without change.

It’s a good app. But a couple annoying aspects. If you change store locations, then any items not found in the new store just disappear, and you don’t know what they were. You might not even know you lost items from your list unless you happen to notice the item count before changing store. That is a recent change - it used to notify. Also, it’s difficult (though not impossible) to have both an online order and an in-store shopping list.

Love my Lund’s store. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The NE store is just the right size for the two of us so that can handily pick up needed items (and extra fun items, also). And parking is very handy as well.
