Erstmal absolut nicht nachvollziehbar, warum man sich hier aufwändig registrieren muss. Der Code dafür funktioniert nur nach Zufallsprinzip. Endlich drin: die Lampen werden nicht gefunden. NULL Sterne!

An meinem IPhone 13 mit aktuellem IOS 16.5 wird die Lampe immer als offline angezeigt. Am alten IPad wird sie jedoch ohne Probleme erkannt. Hier muss wohl noch nachgearbeitet werden.

Habe für viel Geld 11 Lampen der Serie LUTEC-Connect, Ecolight gekauft und montieren lassen. Die Lampen wirken wertig und WENN sie gehen passt auch alles mit dem Licht. ABER: die App ist eine Katastrophe - es ist reines Glücksspiel wann das funktioniert und wann nicht. Ich habe schon zigmal alles löschen und neu eintragen und gruppieren müssen, die App ist unlogisch, unzuverlässig und ich gehe schon jetzt davon aus das sie bald gar nicht mehr funktioniert. Hätte ich gewusst das dahinter so ein chinesischer Konzern steckt hätte ich mir nie im Leben für soviel Geld diese Lampen gekauft. Anhand des Händlers und der Prospekte ging ich von einem seriösen Unternehmen aus. Aus Serviceanfragen reagiert niemand. Kauf und stirb…..

Läuft super die cam  will mir demnächst noch eine kaufen  Registrierung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert aufmache Qualität ist auch 1a werde immer verständigt wenn sich was bewegt mit Bild und Ton das einzig Negative ist seit dem Update muss man immer die App neu starten um auf die cam zuzugreifen  bitte um ein Update um den Fehler zu beseitigen ansonsten kann ich die cam nur empfehlen
