## Lutron Home Control Description
In accordance with Lutron’s continued commitment to innovation, integration and security, Lutron is discontinuing the Home Control+ app and replacing it with the Lutron Connect app. The Lutron Connect app provides remote access without a yearly subscription fee and offers enhanced integrations with services like Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Sonos.

Control your home's lights, shades, temperature, keypads, and more with your iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.

This app requires a Lutron total home control system (RadioRA® 2, HomeWorks® QS or HomeWorks® Illumination) programmed using the appropriate version of design and programming software.* Questions or issues? Contact our our 24/7 hotline (800.523.9466).

Features:

Control from anywhere**
Control lights, shades, temperature, keypads, and more in the comfort of your home or from anywhere in the world** – the office, the airport, the beach – set your home to a comfortable temperature when returning from a trip, ensure lights aren't left on and shades aren't left open while you're away. Additionally manage multiple RadioRA 2, HomeWorks QS, and HomeWorks Illumination systems in the same app.

Personalize your keypad buttons***
Add, edit, and remove button settings on your own. Make temporary adjustments for special occasions, or permanent changes to match your preferences.

Right on schedule
Schedule scenes to happen automatically at set times of day, or based on sunrise and sunset. Turn on your porch light at dusk, turn it off at dawn, or open your shades in the morning to wake up with the sun.

World Class Support
Lutron remains committed to providing you with world class quality and service.
Contact us at our 24/7 hotline (800.523.9466).

## Lutron Home Control Reviews in United States

### ***** "KUDOS"
For continuing to support the legacy equipment!!!
-- P85DL, 2021-03-13

### *---- "Text Size is TINY"
I woke up to the update and the size of the words are so small I need readers to see them??!! WTH happened to the size of the text? It needs to be larger and or have a way to make it larger.
-- supahsaucey, 2021-01-08

### ***** "Please don’t end support for this app!!"
Dear Lutron,
This app is so much better than Connect. We are really bummed that we can’t continue using Home+.
-- applereviewsKLH, 2020-04-25

### ***** "Save the cloudless app!! Our clients don't want cloud!"
This app is massively better than Connect for doing live scene settings. Lutron, at least let us keep using this app inside the home on the local network! And our high net worth clients do not want to be on any cloud. They use Home+ through their VPN and don't need or want to use a cloud they don't control due to security risk.

Save the cloudless app!!
-- metrognomicon, 2019-12-18

### *---- "App crashes"
App crashes after the update, I can’t control my system
-- rubiosos5, 2019-10-31

### *---- "I phone 11"
Since I upgraded from I phone 8 to 11 ,I can only control my lights from inside my home while using the app . Before I switched phones I can control my lights and thermostats from anywhere . What is the problem ?
-- DPNJ1, 2019-10-31

### *---- "Update this week made system unusable"
So much for a bug fix. Now I have no way to control my shades.
-- Hanky Panky Yankee, 2019-09-24

### *---- "Subscription expired can’t renew"
The app has worked reasonably well. Now trying to do annual renewal, constantly get “can’t reach store now, try again later” for days. Never saw it so hard to spend $59. As for customer service, good luck. On hold forever, never call back.
-- hungry298, 2019-07-17

### *---- "Keeps crashing"
I am trying to renew the app but first it could not connect to the store and now it opens for a second and then just crashes. Need help.
-- Wkrp in cincinnati, 2019-06-27

### *---- "Stay away"
Installed Radio Ra in two homes. It has been nothing but a headache and can’t find competent installers that are willing/able to fix it. We are now looking to replace what we have and write off a $40k+ investment.
