## Luvu Description
Luvu is the #1 app for controlling screen time and supercharging your productivity, mental health, and day-to-day clarity. This emotional little marshmallow blocks distracting apps, launches focus sessions, negotiates when you try to cheat, and rewards you for reclaiming your life, one mindful moment at a time.

You’ll spend over 25 years of your life on your phone!
With Luvu, you start getting that time back.

Using a mix of distraction blocking, gamification, social accountability, and emotional coaching, Luvu helps you break doomscroll habits, stay present, and build healthier routines that finally stick.

Thousands of people have already transformed their digital lives and Luvu is ready to help you do the same.

What you get with Luvu:

• Auto-enforced focus sessions – Set a goal, start a session, and Luvu locks down your distracting apps. If you try to leave early, you’ll… have to negotiate with him.
• Distraction blocking – Block social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, ...), games, messages, or any apps you choose—instantly or on a schedule.
• Personalized habit building – Luvu learns your patterns, strengths, and weak moments, then adjusts difficulty and support to help you reduce screen time day by day.
• Game-like retention – Earn XP for staying focused, unlock emotes, activate “Ultra Focus Mode,” and save your streak with clever streak-savers.
• Emotional accountability – Luvu can be supportive, snarky, disappointed-in-you, or full chaotic gremlin. Whatever keeps you off TikTok.
• Daily rituals and wins – Tiny dopamine hits for staying present, avoiding doomscroll spirals, and building intentional routines.
• Friendly rivalries & milestones – Compare today’s screen time vs your past self (and optionally friends), and earn badges for big victories .
• Customizable experience – Choose Luvu’s vibe, strictness level, negotiation style, and celebration energy.

Whether you’re starting fresh, trying to reclaim your attention, or chasing your best digital self, Luvu makes staying focused weirdly fun.

Why Luvu?

• Built to stick. Smart pacing, adaptive difficulty, and reward momentum help you stay focused more days in a row than you ever have.
• A personality that motivates. Luvu isn’t just a blocker—he’s your needy, dramatic accountability buddy who really wants you to succeed.
• Effortless protection. Once you set your boundaries, Luvu enforces them. You just show up.
• Progress you can feel. Watch your screen time drop, your habits strengthen, and your sense of control return.

## Luvu Reviews in United States

### ***** "The only screen time app that works"
I’ve used every screen time app on the App Store and this is genuinely the only one that has stuck!
-- Aidan8462, 2026-03-26

### ***** "Cute, Motivating App"
I love the designs on this app. It makes me feel like I’m playing a game, but also decreasing my screen time. I struggle to sleep by my bed time but the thought of making this lil guy angry gets me putting my phone down 😂
-- tiramisyou, 2026-03-06

### ***** "I LOVE IT"
Luvu is a perfect mix of fun and help
-- Person that’s alive in 2026, 2026-02-08

### ***-- "Read pls"
It will not let me pass the part were it asks me if I want a free trial and I do not want a free trial so can you fix it please
-- Reedy jeoojbv, 2026-02-03

### ***-- "Idk"
It’s a good app but I hate how your fixed to pay
-- Arabella Rambo, 2026-02-02

### *---- "this app is annoying!"
the app is good for when i sign in but then i get to the thing where i have to get a subscription to move on and i click the x and it says it’s a one time thing and i click no thanks and im stuck in a loop! i hate this app and i think you need to improve your game a whole lot! im deleting your app! this is not helping!
-- Alyonpawz, 2026-02-02

### *---- "Kinda annoying!!"
It’s trying to make me buy the Luvu plus but I didn’t want to buy it, it wouldn’t let me click the X unless I clicked to pay but I never did, I’ve already put all my info in which was kinda annoying because for me it took a while and I just wasted my all my time putting my information in which I hate doing that. Not very good because I saw a bunch of other reviews saying the same thing.
-- kinsleycowsbro, 2026-02-02

### *---- "I have to pay"
Thing won’t let me use it unless I pay
-- Victoriaaamjjjhh, 2026-02-01

### *---- "Faulty"
When I first open the app and try to sign up, I get stuck there after putting my info in. The pop up for premium comes up and once I click the x, it does not let me move on. It sends me back to the previous step and once I recomplete it, the same issue occurs. I’ve tried to close and reopen the app multiple times to fix this but the problem persists.
-- Dahlia447, 2026-01-22

### ****- "Amazing but inaccurate screen time"
I love this app so much the screen time it tells you is inaccurate tho which is kinda frustrating but everything else is amazing
-- TheOGPotato_Child, 2026-01-19
