## Luxer One Reviews in United States

### *---- "Works half the time"
The app itself is decent when it actually works. Most of the time you are just staring at the launch screen and never actually continues to load to view my packages. I’ve used this app for almost full year and it’s always been this way. Giving it a 1 star for it never working when I actually need it to work
-- Jfiiehhsifj, 2025-01-02

### ***-- "Good app, logs me out every time I want to use it"
I think the app works great when I’m logged in. The issue it’s missing 1 star is that I constantly am logged out. It’ll be fine when I’m home, I get a notification of a package, and I open it. I walk to the package room and by the time I want to scan the code, I’m logged out and have to go through an annoying log in process every time.
-- James 12314, 2024-12-31

### ***-- "Log me out every 2 days"
It’s so annoying. Why should log in every 2 days using code from my email. Please fix it
-- elkmio, 2024-12-31

### ***-- "Constantly logs you off making it useless"
Constantly logs you off, and they make logging back on awful as it uses a web form so you always have to type your email
-- TheGanjaGuru, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Terrible app - necessary evil"
I really despise this app, spams you with adds when you’re just trying to quickly access the package room. It takes sometimes upwards of 3 minutes just to open and load the initial screen! I really wish my apartment building would switch to an alternative app like parcel pending. Absolutely horrible.
-- Kenna2.0, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Poor App"
Constantly signs me out and will regularly throw errors when trying to login such as “undefined”
-- Zach Rubin, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Terrible service"
Terrible negligent for any apartment to use this service absolutely terrible
-- Nickslaw228, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Used to love it"
It’s absolutely garbage, the app doesn’t work, there’s a notification on the icon for something possibly a package except the app doesn’t function at all.
