I just want to ask if an account has been deactivated does it disappear completely? Because I have seen accounts that has been deactivated by are still in Luxy Pro If it is deactivated i think it is better to removed the profile . Some people may use the pictures that is on the profile of the deactivated account in the moments section . Thank you

And tech support is...well there isn’t. Yes, I tried but it says: ooopss something went really wrong! Like... yes I can see that! But no help at all

Their algorithm and women are bar none the standard. You can use Luxy and genuinely realize you don’t need other apps. Great for partners, LTR, ONS, you name it. Great quality of people . Only downside is they easily permanently Delete your account even if people bogusly report your account for things that CANNOT BE substantiated. Nothing is perfect, not even this App. But definitely worth the Download.

They canceled my account according to my request, never refunded me. It has been almost 3 months, I don’t know where is their customer support.

Customer service has still not been helpful if someone can please contact me And help me . I sent candid photos and have been trying to speak To someone to help me . It doesn’t allow me to join Luxy black or use my standard account anymore . I suspect I got reported as fake cause I didn’t answer every single message and some men got angry . I would be appreciate if someone can help me over this issue
