My payment 49.99$ was made yesterday at 00:24 successfully, but i still don’t have Luxy Black for month. $49.99 was debited from the card at 00:24 , I can attach a screenshot, i also wrote message to ЧАВО, but there is no answer yet, either give me a subscription or refund for not having that subscription, please, help solve this problem

stupid application, everything is set up here for the sake of money, you can’t even get 50 likes, the application is designed in such a way that you have to give your money anyway, and the people who use this application are not rich, so this project is doomed to failure

I paid for a membership which was at a discount price of 69,99$ instead of something over a 100$, and after exploring the app for a few hours, I wrote to the luxy support team asking for a refund. All of my messages were ignored and went in numerous circles with re-addressing it and no definite reply ( I can prove it with screenshots!!). I ended up contacting the apple team the next day for a refund which was successful (awaiting the money coming back): the app kinds of lures you in with some exciting features, but after you pay you see a different side: many accounts are not approved, many are not premium, a bunch of Indian and Turkish folks, old folks, weird people trying to video chat and the support team is horrible. This is not lux or premium dating experience! This is simply a fraud! And the fact that many people can pay for a subscription doesn't mean they are legit! I hope the developers see my review and make it better because its just fraudulent! I can afford to pay monthly , but I am not going to support scammers!!!

For me, everything was tolerable until the moment when I began to receive a huge number of "closed" messages from men in direct. To read them, I need to buy a subscription. That is very annoying. If I decide to buy a subscription, I will do it without such persistent methods. Please remove this or move them somewhere in a separate place so as not to mix with the main "mailbox".

Nice application, exquisite design, many interesting features! I like to use it

App and customer support are horrible. Here is exactly what is wrong with the app and why it does not cost those money they ask. Just for remark I bought Black status as soon as upload it for one year for almost 330$ 1) App is full of bugs. Before paying I was trying to fill in my account and did what was requested for verification, but some features did not work. I was able to do just one step, which is upload pictures. So basically app did not allow to finish verification in order to get free account. Ok, I decided to pay. Even after that I was not able to change my profession and education. In the field of education I had information about bachelor degree while I was write down master and in the field of profession I wrote journalist while app showed it like master degree. Some users also complained that all information about me displayed in Russian while I did not select Russian as a language of the app. The app just asked to confirm what languages I know where I stated Russian and English. Besides that, some buttons just freezing and you need to reopen or reinstall app. Those episodes continue to happen even after reinstallation. Also 'swipe' feature blocks with countdown, which should be displayed around 1 min only but instead you cannot use the 'swipe' around 1 hour. All together it makes app useless at some point and very annoying. ⠀ 2) When you see free version, the app just shows you handsome glamorous men but afte paying money you basically overwhelmed by bad-looking Indian and Arabic old gentelmens (I dont have anything against but I came here for Europeans men of my age), sometimes also women (which is also strange because I stated my interest only in men). Using it already 4 days I am very doubtful about the millionaire status of those people. And app of course cannot verify the financial status. Yes, the app grants you with 'V' which stand for verification but it applies for verification of your pictures not your financial status. When I was registering I stated random information and it was approved, not asking any confirmation documents. I guess other users do the same process of so-called confirmation. ⠀ 3) As a Premium member I was immediately granted with individual costumer support manager. Who is disappeared right after I asked to cancel my subscription. Several times I sent her messages and she replied with random answers. First few days. Bought black package and what I got!? - Messages with error, you have to retry few times - If you got filter like you’re straight guy and looking for a girl anyway other guys could like you. That’s weird. I mean I interested in girls so why I should see other guys in app? - Didn’t find how to remove list of visitors or person who liked you - also list of visitors updates from 5-6 retries. Or never. - Search Match functionally really bad with location mapping. In 40% person will be from other continent
