Great app for people with serious intentions. Most of the participants are held people and moderators are closely watching that there would be no unpleasant swearing and disrespectful communication in the chats. I am very satisfied and recommend this application to all my single acquaintances with responsibility. Thank you.

App keeps crashing, very low quality unfiltered unverified members, geo location is a joke they will recommend members 5000 miles away. Unfortunately not a chance to date locally as they do not seem to have enough members in a particular area. Customer service is very unprofessional rude and not helpful at all.

This probably got to be the most unreliable app when it comes to technical background: The app regularly freezes, you lose matches, chat history and basically left being told ‘we are fixing it’ If you invest LOTS of MONEY to buy membership prepare for frustration when you lose all your chat, even your photos sometimes switch back to the ones you have used several month ago and the new ones you uploaded simply disappear. No one knows how. Quality of members: I have seen guys who were straight on basic construction workers (the kind that will whistle after you on the street and does not have basic education) - posing with their shovel on the photo and the photo taken in their apartment was just horrendous at its best. I also don’t know if a Luxy member who is paying for the service is wanting to mingle with subway rider students? Because I have seen that too. The worst is got to be the location detector of luxy: When you are searching for nearby members it regularly shows members from 6000-8000 km away living on different continent, and it never shows members from own country. I will never understand it. I will never buy the premium membership based on the above. For now I lost appetite using this app just keeping it and checking back to see if it improved or not. So far it hasn’t, today again I woke to my photos being erased and reset to the ones to few months ago. Not first class app, that’s for sure. Feels like it’s forever in the pilot stage. You find better matches locally on happn anytime.

There is no such option, to log in and go into settings, as stated in the “Delete Account” section!

They don’t want you if you’re not “wright”.. be mindful. They want your money that’s all.

unfortunately this app follows the same pattern as all the other dating apps - except its totally incapable of filtering out matches that are actually in your area. a little disappointing.

Wow. The legit worst. Literally no one less than 2 states away, drowning in bots, paywalls for everything even if you’re a member. Save your money and time and miss this worthless app. Cust. service tries gaslighting you by insisting that there are matches near you when the closest “match” is a tech assistant in Romania. Please sit all the way down, Luxy, you NEED to stop

This app is absolute junk and has been for years. Nothing ever changes. Most certainly do not spend your money on it. Try Raya or Bumble.
