Stay away from this app! It is just like every other dating app but twice as expensive. And it can not even filter according to your preferences. I am okay with limited right-swipes (likes) but that I can’t reject (swipe left) a profile is absurd. Luxy black gives you three free messages before match but for the price of it, just go to Pairs. Not joking, you would be far better playing online games and you would still meet more people in Final Fantasy XIV than you would in this app. Customer support is even worse.

This app is ridiculously expensive and you won’t find anybody based in Japan. All this app wants is your money, you need to pay for matches, uploading your profile, super likes, they ask money as many places as they can. I’m in Japan and only a few swipes I met are in japan, they just send you random people from all over the world. It’s a waste of money, do not purchase it. Wish I could ask for a refund.

I specifically asked customer support about approximate number of users in Japan and the answer was “I don’t know”. Since there seemed to be a lot of users in other locations - New York, Paris, Dubai etc, I decided to purchase a subscription just to find 5 (five!!!) guys in Japan. The 6th profile suggested to me was from Australia. I understand that it takes time to build audience around the globe, but it’s unfair to users to take subscription fee without disclosing the information about available matches. And subscription is the only way to search for people by location.

Age issue in profile

My Age does not displayed in my profile. When setting up age in the profile setting, there is no year option, only the month and date. I think date should not be editable but it should at least show the age number after registering account and not empty. But in my profile my age does not display.

名前の変更に有料会員である必要があるし、reviewingされないとアカウントも削除できないとのこと、システムはきっと悪くないのでしょうけれども… 名前もまさかFBのフルネームがそのまま載るとは思わず、珍しいのもあるし、写真もわかるのを載せているので、非常に不愉快です。 信用がなく、登録する気も失せました。 どうにかしてください。
