An app that markets itself as selective and high profile is nothing but a one star dating app. I have over 700 likes and they’re ALL unattractive ,Indian , wage working men. That’s the case in Dubai. In other countries it’s always unattractive , other nationality , wage working men! One star for the false promise!

The app is not working well

A very strange application. After registration, the application is under review for 24 hours, but it has already been under review for 3 days and every time I open it a new countdown begins, and no refusal has been received either... At the same time, messages are received that the profile is being viewed. As a result, I want to delete the profile - it writes an error for the 10th time. This is all completely stupid with such loud advertising. Either the development is terrible or some kind of scammers

Be careful with this luxy app.

Yesterday, on April 12th, I discovered that 119.99 AED was deducted from my Apple Wallet. I was puzzled as to why and how this happened. After contacting my bank and logging into my Apple account, I discovered that someone from this app, a third party with access to our data through this app, had hacked into my account and made this deduction. It seems they thought I wouldn't notice due to the small amount, but thankfully, I did. When I asked for a refund from Luxy customer service, they requested the invoice. However, there was no invoice in my Apple Wallet. Instead, it showed a deduction from Luxy for a service called Luxy Coins, which I have no knowledge of. As a black member, I only pay for the monthly membership and boosting. This deduction wasn't made by me, and the bank confirmed it was a fraudulent action through this app. Please be cautious. I'm closing my account as I'm incredibly disappointed. I had believed this app was for high-quality individuals, but it seems our data isn't secure with them. I don't need your service if all you can offer is an apology. I haven't received my refund, and I doubt you'll conduct a thorough investigation to acknowledge how this hack occurred.
