## Lyca Mobile BE Reviews in Belgium

### *---- "Worst service ever"
Number transfer impossible using 3 different methods. Customer service line completely unreachable ( endless queue until they just cut the line), no response to web contact form or customer service email.
Impossible to stop subscription because impossible to contact customer support.
-- Zkrson, 2025-05-09

### *---- "Scam and fraud"
They have deducted me 5 euros for sms I have never used in my life🫠. It shows that SMS was sent in Korea, while I live in other country and don’t travel anywhere😬

Scam company
-- Alexkimkim, 2025-03-18

### *---- "كسمك عهيك شركه"
كسمك عهيك شركه
-- كسم لايكا موبايل, 2025-02-27

### ****- "."
Easy to use but it keeps on logging me out.
-- Lhukhas, 2025-01-24

### *---- "Prélèvement"
Je comprends pas comment Lyca arrive à prélever et recharger mon telephone alors que le renouvellement est inactif ??
-- Linda750, 2025-01-15

### *---- "i don’t have words"
This is some kind of nightmare, when I ordered an eSIM, they didn’t send me either my new number or a QR code, they just wrote that my number was successfully registered, but how can I add it to my phone, apparently only God knows, no one answers my email, support an employee interrupts the connection in the middle of a dialogue, this is absolute horror
-- Алегрушка, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Very bad service"
Never trust them. They still stealing money from my account every month. I stopped that only by cancel my SIM card.
-- Alraie01, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Worst app ever"
The company seems to be cheating. Even though the auto renewal is off for international mix, they keep on recharging the same pack each month. This means they have stored the payment details even without consent. Online recharge was always a disaster with lyca and with they have a way to cheat everyone with the app.
-- Prateek kushwaha, 2024-11-16

### *---- "NE JAMAIS ACHETER UNE SIM LYCA!!!!!"
POUR VOTRE BIEN N’ACHETEZ PAS IL M’ON DÉBITER 20 EURO SANS MON ACCORD POUR RIEN ALORS QUE C’ÉTAIT POUR 1 MOIS
-- Moonamil, 2024-08-06

### *---- "Scammers, liars and thieves"
I don’t recommend anyone to buy online packages from this app, they stole my money….fk scammers , liars and thieves…..
