I am very disappointed with the app. I tried to remove the automatic debit option and it didn't work. For two months, the app deducted money from my account even though I had already put credit on the number. Anyway, I had 20 euros in the app, and the amount simply disappeared from my app.

I tried to turn off auto renewal for a data package as I only bought it for an emergency use, but I couldn’t! On the app it said my request be processed within 24hrs, however one month later, they charged me again! I called to cancel, but I never got the over charged money back!! Switched to other provider for the best

I have had this app for the past 3 weeks and every time I go into it I have no data and when I try call my mom it says unable to call cause I don’t have any credit but that is the reason I downloaded this app was so I could have credit it is a scam 😡😡😡😡😡

I regret to say that I’m extremely disappointed. I sent 2 request to cancel the auto-renewal from the app and got a message the day after saying “your payment is confirmed”. Contacted support (extremely unprofessional) who not only didn’t even read my email but told me that “we send a reminder before charging you”. I sent the 2 requests and emails before the autorenewal was scheduled and nothing was processed. I was charged anyways for a plan I’m not using.

Few times i try topup , money gone , no answer from support . 23 mail sensed all time answer from bot , (you are owner number?) Lycamobile that joke

Topped up 15 euro, getting the 15gb data, but cannot see the data usage on homepage, the previous app can see it without any issues

The app is mega rubbish. It never loads. I’ve been trying since morning. Eight hours later, it’s still not loading. But Lyca sure wants my money no matter how. I haven’t used my credit and they just nullified it under their terms, that the plan expired. Outrageous !!! I’m looking for another operator. Lyca has become worse than Vodafone.

Fixes all the issues and bugs that were present before If you have any issues like I did just update to the newest version of the app

App isn’t opening. Just blank home screen

Worst Customer care service, charged for the plan and boom nothing no refund no service ,your line is activated …….what a joke!
